As part of the wider development of Lichoceves, the historic farmstead has been fully restored and is now home to Emma Sophia Stables, a modern equestrian facility for sport horses and riders. Since 2023, it has been the home base of show jumper Emma Sophia Španko.

Emma Sophia Stables now operates as an independent brand within the family holding. The project combines the sensitive restoration of a historic property with a practical long term use that respects the original character of the place. Future development includes a young horse rearing facility and services related to hippotherapy.

The historic villa in the centre of the village has been restored and now hosts local associations and community activities. An unused and neglected space in the centre of the village has been transformed into a new village green and a public space for everyday life.

Emma Sophia Stables is part of the wider development of Lichoceves within the Obec v zahradě project.
