We provide long term operational, technical and tenancy management for 406 residential units in Liberec and Hrádek nad Nisou. We maintain and modernise the buildings on an ongoing basis, in line with their technical condition and the needs of our tenants.

The portfolio comprises 406 residential units in two locations. The management offices are on Dobiášova Street in Liberec and 1. máje Street in Hrádek nad Nisou; each has its own office hours and tenant contacts.

We continuously monitor the technical condition of the buildings and plan necessary repairs according to urgency and operational needs. Tenant requests are handled by a regional team based in Liberec and Hrádek nad Nisou.

Following the change of ownership in 2024, operational, technical and administrative management of the portfolio remained with CIB GROUP.
