The herringbone parquet floors, stucco mouldings and tall windows have been preserved. The new elements, namely glass partitions with black frames, building services and facilities, are arranged to complement the original layout rather than overwrite it.

The building stands on Vodičkova Street, a few steps from Wenceslas Square, within walking distance of the Můstek and Muzeum metro stations. Elegant common areas and round the clock security. Dining and services within the building and in the surrounding area.
