Reconstruction of common areas followed the replacement of windows in a high-rise block at Chodov. New floors were laid in the entrance area, in front of the flats and on newly painted stairs. Steel structures were painted and railings were provided with wooden handles. New lighting above the entrance, new mailboxes and suspended ceilings have all contributed to more pleasant atmosphere in the house. Also main emergency valves and drain valves of horizontal pipes were renovated and both water metersin the house were replaced. The casing of the house in the plinth area and draining at the back entrance of the house also required reconstruction as; there was a danger of the sidewalk falling through. Anew gutter pavement was built around the whole house.

On Friday, 13 September 2013 we were pleased to attend the opening ceremony of the new offices of Reality Sisi in the office building Tylova 390 in Kutná Hora. Thus a logical connection of point of contact in the foyer of the building with facilities of the company was made.

By issuing the final approval, the renovation of a parking lot behind an office building in Zásobní street in Trutnov has been completed. The goal of the renovation was to guarantee parking spaces for our tenants and to provide increased comfort when using rented premises. The parking lot is owned by our company; parking barriers with fab keys were mounted due to easy maintenance during winter months. Parking spaces are available under following conditions:

The price for a parking spot is CZK 500 without VAT per month (a total of CZK 605 per month). A deposit for the key is CZK 200.

The CIB GROUP contributed by consulting to a major real estate transaction in central Prague. Negotiations with the organizer of the tender and a partner of the seller, Knight Frank company, were successful. In early April, a private investor and a client of CIB GROUP became the owner of the property “Zlatý Kříž”, which is a prestigious commercial building with tenants such as Deutsche Bank or Adidas.

The CIB Flats P10, a.s. had in February of 2012, as well as the City of Prague, become affected by suspicious behavior during debt collection.

After incomprehensible error of employees of the District Court of Prague 1, a confiscation of our company was commenced. We will demand that all costs and damages caused to us are paid by the Czech Republic according to the act of liability for damage caused by maladministration.

Upon notification by executor Mgr. Martin Svoboda, ref. 110 EX 6531/11-298 from 31 January 2013, the confiscation procedure was, after almost a year, finally stopped.

In high-rise blocks on Benkova 1694 and 1695 a renovation of distribution systems, which were left by the original owner in critical conditions, had started. The renovation involved horizontal and vertical systems of distribution of hot and cold water and waste, and an exchange of gas caps. Also, a revision of the horizontal distribution of the heating system will be carried out.

On Liberecká street in Hrádek nad Nisou a renovation of a facade was completed.  Previous owners had the facade semi-finished for more than ten years, never completing it. At this stage, it was exposed to adverse weather conditions, suffering from defects. Based on the recommendations of experts from Weber company, we decided to completely revitalize the facade using repair materials and employing special procedures to repair the house so that it would comply with current standards.

Within the planned renovation, replacement of distribution system was carried out in all our houses in Liberec. There was a complete replacement of distribution of hot and cold water and wastes including horizontal distribution. During this stage of reconstruction, we benefited from a subsidy from the EU structural fund IRPM as well.

Repairs of houses in Liberec have undergone the last stage of renovation - replacement of windows, insulation of enclosed balconies, reconstruction of the facade, mounting of new entries and modifications of the common areas. By this phase, necessary renovation of houses in Liberec was completed and the houses were adapted to current standards of housing. Thanks to following investments into the renovation of the surroundings of high-rise blocks in Rochlice and the installation of new playgrounds, extension of parking areas and planting of greenery we were able to take advantage of the synergistic effect of the overall recovery of the area. Thanks to its location, Rochlice once again become an interesting area with affordable housing.

All 13 elevators had passed the test operation and they were, ready to operate, handled by the supplier to the tenants of houses in Liberec. Part of the investment was financed by the EU structural funds, namely by the IRPM program.
